Printed from a high-resolution scan of the original artwork RIVER RUN
There is a Lithuanian expression for tears flowing like little rivers. RIVER RUN takes that image and translates it into movement: colour, fragments and gestures running across the paper, gathering and dispersing like water. The river becomes a way of thinking about emotion as something fluid — something that can move through a surface without needing to be contained.
